How do I make an enquiry?Simply complete the enquiry form with your contact details, event date, amount of serves, and cake design. You will receive a reply within 24 hours!

What is the difference between dessert and coffee serves?Dessert serves are the larger serve when the cake is being served for dessert. Coffee serves are smaller serves when a dessert is already included in the menu or when you are serving a variety of other sweets. Coffee serves are generally served on platters, not plated as individual serves.

How do I book an order?Once you have received a quote and chosen your flavour and filling, you will be emailed an invoice with all the details! A deposit of 30% is required 4 weeks prior to the event. The balance is then due 3 days prior via bank transfer or cash on pickup.

How much notice do you need?Generally, a 2 weeks notice is required depending on the current bookings and availability.

Do you deliver?I offer delivery and setup for Weddings only within my local area, please add this to your inquiry. All other orders are pickup from Caroline Springs with flexible hours for early morning and evenings, pickup times are always pre-arranged.

*Pickup by appointment - you will be contacted few days before to arrange a pickup time.
* Full deposit will be withheld for any cancellations made 2 week's prior to required date of order.
* No guarantee that changes can be made to the order unless given a 2 weeks notice.
* Colours and designs will be matched as close to requested design as possible.
* Figurines or toppers are custom made therefore facial expression, colours, and designs will be made as close as possible to requested design, but may not be exactly the same.

* Flowers are seasonal and colours/type may vary to those pictured.
* Colours on edible images may vary in shade (eg. darker or lighter) than the proof provided.
* Once the order is collected, the customer takes full responsibility of transporting order safely.
* Buttercream cakes store in fridge, or cool dry place away from heat and sunlight (in warm weather it is recommended cakes are stored in a fridge).
* Fondant cakes, cupcakes, and cookies store in cool dry place away from sun and heat.
* All products contain nuts and eggs and are NOT gluten or allergen free.

* Any costs for toppers or images purchased are non refundable once ordered
from suppliers. Toppers/images/figurines are ordered once the deposit has been paid.
