*Pickup by appointment - you will be contacted few days before to arrange a pickup time. 

                             

* Full deposit will be withheld for any cancellations made 2 week's prior to required date of order.

* No guarantee that changes can be made to the order unless given a 2 weeks notice.     

                                         
* Colours and designs will be matched as close to requested design as possible.   

 

* Figurines or toppers are custom made therefore facial expression, colours, and designs will be made as close as possible to requested design, but may not be exactly the same.

* Flowers are seasonal and colours/type may vary to those pictured.

* Colours on edible images may vary in shade (eg. darker or lighter) than the proof provided.

                                                    
* Once the order is collected, the customer takes full responsibility of transporting order safely.                                              
* Buttercream cakes store in fridge, or cool dry place away from heat and sunlight (in warm weather it is recommended cakes are stored in a fridge).     

     

* Fondant cakes, cupcakes, and cookies store in cool dry place away from sun and heat.         

                                       
* All products contain nuts and eggs and are NOT gluten or allergen free.

* Any costs for toppers or images purchased are non refundable once ordered
from suppliers. Toppers/images/figurines are ordered once the deposit has been paid.
